RENTALS& MANAGEMENT
While we design, plan and construct every project, we also keep and manage them to ensure they are meticulously maintained. Our subsidiary company, Northeastern Rental Management Co., Inc. possesses the acumen and expertise to streamline every process and provide full-service property management to our lessees. With us, there is no third-party company to interfere with the turnaround. You are coming to the source, and we are there to respond quickly and efficiently. Currently, we have commercial office space and retail space available for rent.

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
We understand the important role a home plays in people’s lives. A home should be a personal statement, a source of security, pride and comfort. This basic concept drives all of us at Northeastern to seek perfection in every home, no matter how large or small. Consequently, we prefer to build limited quantity of homes using the best quality grade of materials and sub-contractors. Upon completion of each home, we provide a full-service warranty for a period of one year. We pride ourselves on our follow-up service – you will too.

Founded by Joseph A. Langone and Richard W. Stuart in 1979, Northeastern Development has been a prominent and respected developer in the local building industry for more than 40 years. Starting out by purchasing one plot of land to build one home on, Northeastern has managed to grow successfully to diversify and construct large residential developments and commercial buildings throughout the local area.
